Recognized massage techniques

Basic massage techniques

The following is the list of basic massage techniques that allow you to join the Professional Association of specialized massage therapist of Quebec, Mon Réseau Plus, as a massage therapist. To join the Association, therapists must have successfully completed at least one of these training techniques.

Continuing education techniques

Many massage therapy techniques are also available as continuous education training. Acknowledged by Mon Réseau Plus, those techniques enable massage therapists to improve their skills and to adapt their service offer to the specific needs of their clientele.
